Return & Exchange Policy

All products are handcrafted, resulting in unique variations. Products undergo quality checks before shipping. In the rare case of manufacturing or transit damage, we offer exchanges. Email us (with a clear image of the defect, original packaging, and invoice) at satyabhamas735@gmail.com upon receipt of your order for replacement.

Return/Exchange acceptance is at the discretion of the Satyabhama’s Couture Team and requires:

• Item to be unused, in original condition (unworn, original packaging, barcode tag intact).
• We cannot accept multiple return/exchange requests.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Instead, customers will receive a gift voucher equal to the value of the item within 10 days after return/exchange acceptance.
